Eviction Protections

We organized with partners to successfully pass For Cause Eviction protections, safeguarding renters from discriminatory, retaliatory, and arbitrary evictions.

Safe, Healthy Homes

We secured updates to Warranty of Habitability protections, ensuring corporate landlords quickly address issues like mold and broken appliances, while providing renters with new legal options when violations occur.
